This was a 13,000 square feet development over three floors providing office and retail space situated  along James Fintan Lalor Avenue.. This 1,330 sq.m development was constructed over three floors providing office and situated  along James Fintan Lalor Avenue. It features  an ASB floor system over a piled ground beam foundation, structural steel and walled glass. It was designed by Killgallen & Partners Engineers.It was a ground up complete build and internal fit out.
